The Owner:
Agrees
to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including, but not limited
to inoculation and internal as well as external parasites.
Agrees
to feed the puppy premium dog food such as Dick Van Patton
Natural Balance, Bil Jac, Wellness, Wysong, Innova, Eukanuba,
or other premium
holistic, natural balanced nutritional dog food along with the diet that Breeder sends with puppy, failure to feed
this puppy correctly forfeits Breeder’s health guarantees. If you find a food
that you prefer, be sure the first ingredient is meat. Look for a food
that doesn't have corn or at least it is listed as the 3rd ingredient. I prefer
to feed my schnauzers a premium food with no corn, wheat or fillers. I
personally feed my companion schnauzers the Dick Van Patton Natural Balance
Ultra. Most of the dog foods on
the market has the first ingredient listed as corn. This is not acceptable as a
complete food. We recommend that you feed your giant puppy lots of raw meat and
bone. Our puppies
will be eating this diet when they arrive at their new home, this diet
is ESSENTIAL for the proper growth and
bone development of this puppy.
Understands that Breeder requires that the companion pet Female giant
schnauzer puppy is not to be spayed until after her first cycle and she is
between 14 and 16 months old.

this puppy and that the Owner will not sell or give the puppy to any agent
or pet store or other owner.
Agrees
that if at any time the Owner cannot keep the dog or is forced to find
it another home, the Breeder will be contacted immediately. The Breeder
will endeavor or assist in finding suitable home where the dog can be placed.
There is no guarantee that the dog will be sold in such circumstances,
but may be re-homed to suitable owners free of charge, if approved by the
Breeder. Under NO circumstances may this dog be disposed of at a
pound, humane society, animal shelter, pet store, breeder, or any
individual associated with a puppy mill. In the event of no suitable
re-homing option being available, the Owner shall return the
dog to the Breeder, who will care for it until a suitable home is found.
The dog’s AKC registration papers must also be surrendered, and the Owner
agrees to transfer ownership to the Breeder.

that the Breeder may repossess the animal upon evidence of neglect and/or
abuse at no expense to the Breeder, and no refund of any monies.
